Cies Island Day Tour from Santiago de Compostela

The Romans called the Cíes Islands in Galicia, 'the islands of the Gods', and to this day they are an idyllic paradise in northern Spain where you can enjoy walks to two different lighthouses, scuba diving and beach-time. When you see them for yourself you'll understand why their main beach was chosen as one of the best in the world by The Guardian newspaper. Heaven on earth? If not, then this is close.

To protect the environment and avoid mass tourism, access to visitors is limited to 2,200 people per day. During Easter week, at weekends in May and throughout the summer, there are regular boat services from Vigo, Baiona and Cangas de Morrazo. During the Summer and on selected dates, we offer day tours leaving from Santiago de Compostela for the Cies Island but you'll need to book them early.

This day tour is run by our partner ArtNatura and includes a private transfer to Vigo, a ferry drive to the Cies Islands and a 1h30 guided tour of this Galician paradise, part of the "National Park of the Atlantic Islands".

Step 3   Ultreya Tours Reservations Team will then start booking your accommodation, meals, activities, guides and other services immediately after receiving the initial deposit and send you your hotel vouchers as soon as they are ready

Step 4   30 days before the departure, we will request the 50% remaining deposit and we will send your pilgrim kits directly to your first hotel along with printed versions of your vouchers, your scallop shells and guidebook

To make sure we constantly meet your expectations, we will regularly follow up with you and keep you updated throughout the whole process and until you come back home.
