For schools, universities, scouts and youth organizations, the Camino can become part of the learning experience. Give your clients a Camino shaped with genuine local knowledge. Ultreya Tours works with registered travel agencies and tour operators to bring together carefully considered routes, accommodations, transportation and group support in Spain and Portugal. You remain the trusted point of contact for your client while we help turn the journey you have sold into a coherent experience on the ground.
Our standard commission is 10% on eligible commissionable land arrangements. Your agency charges and collects payment from the traveler, retains the agreed commission and remits the net amount invoiced by Ultreya Tours. Detailed eligibility and terms are confirmed for each partnership.

Practical answers about private formats, planning and who can travel together.
How many travelers are needed for private-group planning?
Dedicated private-group planning begins with six travelers. This threshold applies to friends and families, parishes, schools, clubs, companies, nonprofits and other organizations planning a private journey together.
Is there a maximum group size?
Group size is reviewed individually because the appropriate accommodations, transportation, guiding and route logistics depend on the proposed journey. Ultreya Tours has successfully organized tours for groups of more than 50 travelers; contact us with your expected numbers so we can consider the right format.
How far in advance should a group begin planning?
For a large group, we recommend beginning around 18 months before travel. Ten months should be treated as close to the minimum planning window because accommodations, transportation, guides and other group services need to work together and remain subject to availability.
Do you arrange private group journeys?
Yes. Ultreya Tours plans private group journeys, including journeys for friends and families, clubs, cultural associations, companies, schools, universities and nonprofit organizations. Groups of six or more can request group-specific planning through the Start Planning Questionnaire.
Does Ultreya Tours have open guided tour dates?
No. Ultreya Tours does not currently offer open guided or coach-tour departure dates that individual travelers can join. Guided and coach journeys are personalized and arranged exclusively for private groups.
Do private-group travelers have to walk together?
A private journey can be shaped around the group’s shared interests, but the precise walking format and any guiding or transportation support must be agreed in the proposal. Tell us if keeping the group together is important so it can be considered from the beginning.
Can you consider dietary requirements, disabilities or reduced mobility?
Please share relevant dietary, health, mobility or accessibility requirements before booking. Ultreya Tours can then consider reasonable adjustments and determine whether the proposed arrangements can be provided safely and appropriately. Relevant personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy.
How does travel-agency commission work?
Ultreya Tours offers registered travel agencies a standard commission of 10% on eligible commissionable land arrangements. The agency acts as the point of contact for its client, charges and collects payment from the traveler, retains the agreed commission and remits the net amount invoiced by Ultreya Tours. Eligibility, exclusions, cancellation treatment, tax treatment and special trade arrangements remain subject to the applicable agency terms.
