What does Ultreya Tours arrange for my Camino?

Ultreya Tours coordinates your route and pace, confirmed accommodations, luggage transfers, included transportation and the other services specified in your itinerary. Your personal proposal and booking confirmation will explain exactly what is included.

Are Ultreya Tours journeys self-guided or guided?

Most Ultreya Tours Camino journeys are self-guided, allowing you to walk or cycle independently at your own pace while we coordinate the arrangements behind your journey. Private groups can also ask about guided, coach-supported or other personally arranged formats, subject to availability and confirmation.

How far in advance should I start planning?

Camino journeys require at least 30 days’ notice. Planning six months or more in advance is recommended for a wider choice of carefully selected accommodations and dates, and also gives you more time to prepare for your Camino. All arrangements remain subject to availability and confirmation.

Can my Camino be personalized?

Yes. Ultreya Tours considers your dates, preferred pace, route, accommodations and priorities before preparing a personal proposal. Depending on your plans, we can also consider extra nights, transfers, guided visits, Finisterre and other Experiences, subject to availability and confirmation.

How does the Start Planning Questionnaire work?

The questionnaire applies predefined matching rules to your party size, journey mode, dates, pace, route, duration, accommodation preferences and budget. It considers the full Ultreya Tours catalog to identify potentially suitable journeys or determine when personal review is the better next step.

What happens after I submit my answers?

Ultreya Tours receives your answers and reviews your plans personally. If your inquiry is suitable to continue, we will contact you about the appropriate next step and prepare a personal proposal after your dates, preferences, availability and included services have been confirmed.
