Your first accommodation is listed in the final vouchers. Ask reception for the reservation under the order name shown in those documents. The order name can be a traveler, a celebration or a name chosen by the group, and it is the reference used across the journey.
Your Pilgrim Kit will be waiting at the first accommodation. It brings together the physical materials prepared for the Camino, including the shorter printed version of the essential route and hotel information and the detailed guidebook. The exact contents for a journey are those described in your final information.
Check before the first stage
Ask reception for the Pilgrim Kit when you check in and open it that evening. Put the supplied luggage tag on the bag that will be transferred and read the guidebook section for the following day’s stage.
Each evening, check the guidebook and your vouchers for the next day. They show what to expect on the route, the places worth noticing, the address of the next hotel and any transfer or meeting arranged for you.
Breakfast is included with the hotel night on Ultreya Tours Camino journeys, but service times and format vary by property. If an early departure affects breakfast arrangements, rely on what has been confirmed for your booking rather than assuming every hotel follows the same schedule.
Keep the printed information protected from rain and retain it even when you prefer the digital map. Batteries fail, mobile coverage changes, and a hotel address on paper can be reassuring at the end of a long stage.
If the kit is not available or something appears incorrect, contact Ultreya Tours. The first evening is the right time to solve an organizational question calmly, before the rhythm of walking or cycling begins.
