It complements the care already invested in your itinerary and vouchers. The difference is simple: the information can meet you in the moment, on the device already in your hand.
Why we believed this was necessary
Clients prepare at home, cross rural landscapes, arrive at unfamiliar hotels and sometimes need help when tired or worried. A long document alone cannot give every detail the right priority in every situation.
We therefore wanted to create something calmer and more personal: a guide shaped around the confirmed booking, useful before departure and reassuring throughout the journey.
Designed for confidence, not distraction
Your Camino Guide brings together the practical parts of the journey without trying to compete with the journey itself. Clear priorities, generous typography and restrained design make it easier to find what matters, while the full depth of the travel documents remains available when needed.
It also reflects how people actually travel. Information can be saved for limited connectivity, important booking details are easier to show locally, and the guide adapts as the departure date and active stage change.
Help when it matters
The dedicated Help area was essential to the redesign. A serious emergency, a late transfer and a non-urgent planning question should never look equally important. The guide separates them clearly, placing emergency services and Ultreya’s during-trip assistance first and offering focused next steps for common situations.
Calls, WhatsApp messages and optional location tools always require a deliberate action. The aim is not to automate personal service, but to make the right human support easier to reach.
Private to your booking
Every guide is generated from an active booking and opened through a private link. It is one more way we prepare the details around you—so you can set out with greater confidence and keep more of your attention on the Camino itself.
