An organized Camino produces several documents because each one has a different purpose. Your personal proposal describes the journey being considered. Your booking confirmation records the arrangements accepted and confirmed. Your vouchers gather the operational details you will use while traveling.

The booking confirmation is where you should verify dates, the order name, room arrangements, included services and the payment schedule. Read it when it arrives and raise discrepancies early. A catalog description or earlier conversation does not replace the final written confirmation.

What the vouchers do

Ultreya Tours sends initial vouchers once the booked services have been confirmed, usually around a week after the first payment. Final vouchers are sent after final payment, generally a couple of weeks before travel. Timing can vary when a supplier confirmation or operational detail remains outstanding.

The vouchers bring together accommodations, dates, addresses, included meals and transfers, meeting information and confirmed Experiences. Reservations are made under the order name printed in the documents. This can be a traveler’s name, a group name or a phrase chosen for a celebration. At each booked hotel or service, provide the order name rather than expecting one reservation number to be recognized everywhere.

Review the complete set before departure. Save a copy that does not depend on one device or a constant connection. If a confirmed change produces a revised version, use the newest documents and put the previous version aside.

Your personal booking documents control your journey. General website information explains how Ultreya Tours usually works, but it cannot override the services, exceptions, meeting points, or inclusions confirmed for one traveler.
